Seven solutions electronic balance can not be activated

Botu Electronics teaches you how to deal with the problem that the electronic balance can't start up, as shown in the following seven points:

First, open the problem - no display after opening:

1) There is no 220V current on the balance power socket to connect the AC stand;

2) If the AC adapter is faulty, select the 220V~ AC adapter (external transformer) suitable for our work;

3) If the AC adapter is broken, replace the new AC adapter;

Second, open the problem - no display after opening

1) If the electronic balance calibration data is lost, please recalibrate the balance;

Third, open the problem - no display after opening: use the electronic balance of the internal school; use the electronic balance of the external school

1) The environment where the balance is placed is too bad, the windproof window is not closed, the environment of the balance is improved, and all the windproof windows are closed.

2) Calibration features: After the electronic balance is warmed up for 1 hour, the first automatic calibration is performed; the second environment is after the balance is turned on for 2 hours; then after the balance is kept energized for 150 hours, the on-time automatic calibration can be manually performed at any time if necessary. Trigger calibration (internal school). The electronic balance is automatically calibrated after it is turned on, and the calibration can be triggered manually (internal school) if necessary. Some electronic balances can only be used in external schools.

3) Calibration error: AB/PB/GB/SB uses an incorrect external weight for external school. When entering the external school program, the balance will have a flashing weight value, and the weight of this value will be used for the external school.

4) Electronic balance “CALL” appears at the top right of the display: When “CALL” appears on the display, the display makes the balance work now, and it needs to be an internal school. “CALL” will disappear automatically after the electronic balance is finished.

Fourth, open the problem - no display after opening

1) The environment in which the balance is placed is too bad to improve the environment;

2) After the parameter setting in the balance menu is not well loaded into the menu, use the “RESET” function to exit the menu correctly and return to the factory settings.

3) The body temperature of the hand in the weighing room is minimized as a human factor;

4) The temperature of the weighed object is not equal to the balance and the sample is placed isothermally next to the balance.

Five, the balance open problem _ after opening, there is no display at all:

1) The environment in which the balance is placed is too bad: environmental factors include: vibration, airflow, temperature, external magnetic field, the above environment must be improved, the windproof window of the weighing room is closed, and the balance can work normally.

2) The parameter setting in the balance menu is not good: after loading the menu, use the “RESET” function to exit the menu correctly and return to the factory settings.

Sixth, the balance open problem - no display after the start:

1. The water absorption and release of the desiccant form airflow in different directions, causing changes in the buoyancy of the air, resulting in unstable weighing. The desiccant in the weighing chamber should be removed to maintain a stable weighing environment;

Seven, the balance open problem _ open no display at all:

1) The weighing plate is not installed: after the power is cut off, the correct weighing plate is installed first, and then the balance is opened.

2) Weighing the disc: use the correct scale that matches the balance

3) The plate is in contact with the windshield: due to improper installation, please find out the cause of the collision and re-install it correctly.
